About us

Wines form TROST Winery are high quality wines with protected geographical certificate. They are made from specialy grown and hand picked native Istrian breeds of grapes from our family vineyard in Istrian willage Šorići (Kanfanar - Rovinj).

With strictly controlled fermenting temperature, our wine mature in wooden barrels which ensure specific taste of wines from TROST Winery, and give the supreme enological experience.

At the moment we produce nine kind of bottled wine, and in the future we wish breed some of old and almost forgotten Istrian breeds of grapes.
